Part 1 - Spring is the time where we are coming out of a long dark winter, families are moving about to activities and are generally motivated and are excited for plans for the upcoming warmer months – detoxification, cleaning & decluttering, and more outdoor activities are apparent, and because of this sleep is often decreased while making this transition.
Part 2 - Summer is the time of longer days and shorter nights, the weather is warmer and we are spending more time outdoors in the sun, there is a lot of excitement especially for children and usually more socializing at this time of year and with that comes late nights.
