Thursday, August 9th | 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm EST
Hosted by Amy Galper with Special Guests Remy Park and Jocelynne Flor
Join Amy Galper and wellness bloggers Jocelynne and Remy for an evening workshop in preparation of the New Moon in Leo. New Moons represent new beginnings, the start of a new lunar cycle when the Earth, Moon and the sun are all aligned. This creates incredible energy, which presents the perfect opportunity for self-reflection and preparation for change.
We will be providing tips to support a new moon ritual you can take home, using physical, energetic and spiritual tools to help you manifest and set your intentions in motion. We will be discussing journalling prompts and exercises to help set the foundation of your intention setting ritual, and sharing tips to help you remain mindful throughout your practice. You will also create your very own customized cleansing bath soak enriched with salts, herbs and essential oils and learn how the medicinal and energetic properties of these beautiful botanical ingredients can support your new moon ritual.
Light bites will be provided including a cosmic cheeseboard featuring vegan cheese provided by Kite Hill, moon bliss balls by Remy and floral kombucha sips courtesy of Brew Dr. Kombucha. You will walk away from this workshop ready to embrace the fierce energy this New Moon in Leo brings, with the tools to build your own New Moon ritual or elevate your existing practice. We will also be sending you home with a gift bag full of a curated selection of goodies from Hippeas, JaxKelly crystal soy candles and a few other surprises.
All materials for the bath soak will be provided.
