Do you worry a lot? Do you struggle with trying to quiet your mind? Is stress taking up too much space in your life? We all feel stress and and its effects on our health and well-being. When it becomes overwhelming, essential oils can become our true allies. Not only do they provide relief, but they also can change the way we respond and navigate stress and what triggers it.

More and more research is showing that stress can negatively impact our health by manifesting illness, anxiety disorders, sleep issues and depression to name a few.
